Little Red Lying Hood

While waiting to purchase an ice cream in Southgate, a young blonde girl cuts into line and gets served before Michael.  He attempts to remonstrate but retreats when noticing the child is disfigured by an unsightly hair-lip.

Michael bemoans to Lisa that the IRS is investigating his generous tax deductions and discusses his recurring dream with Gargoyle, featuring the same little girl from Southgate, wearing a red hood and carrying a basket.

You know the story; a big bad wolf terrorises the girl. Michael identifies himself as the child and the wolf as an IRS taxman.

After rescuing the girl from a mine field and learning about the wolf’s despicable crimes, Michael conquers the beast; certain it will eradicate prosecution from the IRS. He soon becomes mortified after he receives a large tax bill. Gargoyle points out that he incorrectly removed the three little pig’s big bad wolf.

Michael then visits the correct wolf and learns he is a peaceful vegetarian, so he talks with Little Red’s father, who paints his daughter as a sadistic, compulsive liar.

Michael visits Granny and learns she is a prostitute, pimped by Little Red who removes her hair-lip showing it’s a prop for sympathy. Michael strategically accepts an invitation for dinner upon Granny mentioning she has a contact in the IRS.

Dinner is served and a steaming wolf’s head appears on the platter. Little Red plucks and chews on its eyeball, but it lodges in her throat, choking her to death.

Back at Southgate, Michael queues for an ice cream when the little blonde girl again cuts into line.  He confronts her and attempts to remove the fake hair-lip, that turns out to be genuine.

Michael, wearing a fake hair-lip, visits an IRS accountant to appeal his bill, which is fortuitously cancelled on sympathetic grounds, shortly before the hair-lip has accidentally repositioned to his cheek.
